Senior Manager, GTM Analytics & Planning

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to drive go‑to‑market (GTM) analytics and planning for a fast‑growing B2B SaaS organization. In this fully remote position you will shape how revenue performance is measured, forecasted, and optimized across multiple international sales segments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve GTM analytics and planning strategies for a global multi‑segment sales organization.
• Build and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that act as the single source of truth for revenue operations.
• Oversee sales performance measurement, including win‑rate analysis, sales‑cycle insights, churn risk, funnel efficiency, and revenue forecasting.
• Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning activities such as territory design, quota setting, headcount modeling, and capacity forecasting.
• Partner with Marketing Analytics and Revenue Operations to provide end‑to‑end visibility of the customer acquisition funnel.
• Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks to enable proactive revenue pacing and decision‑making.
• Ensure data governance, integrity, and consistency across commercial reporting systems.
• Mentor and manage a team of GTM analysts, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to streamline GTM workflows and sales intelligence.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Intelligence within high‑growth B2B SaaS companies.
• Proven expertise in GTM planning processes, including quota modeling, sales capacity planning, territory management, and forecasting.
• Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in data warehousing and analytics tools.
