Senior Specialist, Customer Success (German speaking)

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Specialist in Customer Success who will focus on German‑speaking customers across Europe. The role supports the Services Customer Success team by driving adoption of Mastercard network products, ensuring customers achieve their strategic goals, and fostering long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with key stakeholders to assess solution viability, understand cyber‑threat landscapes, and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product, and Technical Account Managers to deliver the full value proposition of Mastercard network products.
• Generate qualified leads for value expansion, support renewals, and provide feedback for product and process improvements.
• Ensure technical and program readiness for customer deployments, coordinating delivery and support teams.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in B2B customer success or account management.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
• Deep understanding of digital payments, cybersecurity, and fraud‑risk concepts.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence internal and external partners.

Required skills
