About the role
Secfix is looking for a Senior Talent Partner to own and scale its recruiting engine as the company expands across Europe. You will work directly with the founders and leadership team, shaping hiring decisions for both technical and commercial positions while representing the company to top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end hiring for engineering, product design, sales and customer experience roles.
- Build and continuously nurture talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions.
- Partner closely with founders and senior leaders on every hire, participating in interview panels and decision‑making.
- Develop long‑term relationships with candidates, similar to a sales pipeline approach.
- Drive a high‑ownership, fast‑paced recruiting process that matches Secfix’s growth ambitions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a fast‑moving startup or high‑performance agency recruiting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the full recruiting lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with C‑level executives.
- Passion for identifying exceptional talent and understanding high‑ownership mindsets.
