Site Supervisor (m/f/d) - Towers

About the role

You will act as the on‑site coordinator for concrete wind turbine towers, ensuring that all quality, safety and technical requirements are met during construction, installation and commissioning phases in Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Support Quality Management in resolving technical non‑conformities and enforce Management of Change procedures.
• Assist Supply Management with Quality Gate 1 inspections and incoming goods checks.
• Collaborate with Supply Management, Quality Management and civil engineers on anchor‑cage and foundation pre‑inspections.
• Prepare and review documentation for pre‑assembly, statutory inspections and release reports.
• Organise and support the Gate 23 process.
• Manage NCRs and incidents using UPVISE, ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Coordinate ordering and tracking of missing parts with Quality Management.
• Address quality deviations (De‑Snagging) to guarantee long‑term operational reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Construction, Civil, Environmental, Materials Science or Energy engineering, or 5‑7 years of relevant wind‑industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures, including LOTO, electrical safety, fall protection and MSDS.
• Ability to climb wind turbines up to 180 m in varying weather conditions.
• Familiarity with mechanical, rotating and hydraulic systems.
• Experience in construction, installation, commissioning, mechanical testing and quality management.
• Fluent English and confident communication across multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly on‑site according to project needs.
