Social Media Manager – DACH (German Market)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing US consumer health brand expanding into Germany and need a Social Media Manager to lead our DACH social presence. The role is remote within Germany, initially part‑time (3‑4 days/week) with the potential to become full‑time and permanent after a six‑month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all social media platforms for the German market, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Localise global campaigns – adapt messaging, tone and creative to German culture and consumer behaviour.
• Analyse trends, ad performance, impressions and engagement data to continuously improve results.
• Run paid social advertising alongside organic content.
• Produce short‑form video content and oversee community management.

Required profile

• Native or fluent German speaker with strong English communication skills.
• 4+ years of B2C social media experience in Germany.
• Proven track record managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfortable with performance reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross‑timezone environment.
