About the role

As a Technical Account Manager at Trackunit, you will act as a trusted technical advisor for forward‑thinking construction companies, helping them unlock IoT potential, navigate integration challenges, and operate their fleets more efficiently. You will work at the intersection of technical execution and customer outcomes, ensuring key accounts derive maximum value from the Trackunit platform.

Key responsibilities

• Support key accounts in achieving reliable connectivity, high‑quality data, and effective solution usage.
• Partner with internal teams to bring real‑world technical insights back into product development.
• Guide customers through SaaS platform adoption, API integrations, and system architecture decisions.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues using SQL and analytics tools.
• Contribute to scaling solutions across multiple customers and regions.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with experience in complex, customer‑facing environments.
• Motivation to understand real‑world systems and solve challenging technical problems.
• Comfortable working with data, APIs, and integration workflows.
• Fluent in French and English, able to communicate technical concepts clearly.
