Technical Recruiter – Full‑Stack Talent Acquisition

About the role

Buena is looking for its first Technical Recruiter to join a fast‑growing proptech company in Berlin. Reporting directly to the Head of People, you will shape the talent acquisition strategy for engineering and product teams, helping the company scale its technology‑driven property‑management business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to source and hire highly qualified full‑stack talent.
• Collaborate with founders and senior leadership to understand long‑term hiring needs and map talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to define role requirements, conduct screenings, and manage the interview process.
• Enhance recruiting processes, create targeted outreach campaigns, and build relationships with industry leaders.
• Strengthen Buena’s employer brand within technical builder communities.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of engineer recruiting experience in a fast‑paced early‑stage environment.
• Proven ability to own full‑cycle recruiting – sourcing, engaging, screening, and closing candidates.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand and evaluate engineering qualifications.
• Tech‑forward mindset, comfortable using modern recruiting tools and AI.
• Entrepreneurial experience (e.g., freelancing, GTM, product building) is a plus.
