About the role

We are seeking a Video Content Manager to help scale high‑growth digital media brands through engaging short‑form video content and social media management. The role is fully remote and focuses on transforming trending content into localized, high‑performing assets while overseeing publishing workflows across multiple platforms and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Edit, adapt, and repurpose video content into short‑form formats optimized for audience growth and platform performance.
• Localize and dub content for specific geographic markets while maintaining quality and relevance.
• Manage multiple social‑media accounts, ensuring consistent publishing schedules and operational standards.
• Upload, organize, and schedule content on platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and X.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and identify trends for optimization.
• Support account setup, maintenance, security procedures, and workflow organization across brands.
• Utilize AI‑powered tools for content localization, translation, and workflow automation.

Required profile

• Experience editing short‑form video content with tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of viral content strategies and audience engagement techniques.
• Proven ability to manage multiple social‑media accounts and balance competing priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
