VP of Marketing – Executive Leadership Role

About the role

This executive position leads the marketing function for a fast‑growing global SaaS company based in Germany. The VP of Marketing will shape strategy, drive brand awareness, and deliver pipeline growth across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with revenue and expansion goals.
• Lead brand development, positioning, messaging, and awareness programs.
• Own demand‑generation and pipeline‑growth initiatives for mid‑market and enterprise segments.
• Design and launch go‑to‑market plans for existing products, new releases, and strategic initiatives.
• Build product‑marketing capabilities, articulating value propositions and competitive differentiation.
• Oversee website performance, SEO/AEO, conversion optimization, and digital acquisition funnels.
• Develop and distribute content throughout the customer lifecycle to boost engagement and retention.
• Strengthen industry presence through PR, thought leadership, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership to align growth initiatives.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high‑performing marketing team.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of building programs that generate pipeline, acquire customers, and impact revenue.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies to enhance marketing performance and efficiency.
• Strong strategic vision combined with hands‑on execution ability.
