Working Student – Publisher Relations (French Speaking)

About the role

Audible is looking for a French‑speaking Working Student to join its France Content Team. You will support the expansion of Audible’s audiobook catalogue by building relationships with publishers and assisting the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain relationships with audio and book publishers.
• Assist the Content Team with processing audiobook deliveries and catalog updates.
• Guide partners through integration with Audible’s internal systems.
• Conduct online and offline research on potential content sources.
• Prepare presentations and support the marketing team in content selection.
• Generate performance reports for audiobooks.
• Provide general administrative assistance.

Required profile

• Enrolled full‑time in a German state‑accredited Bachelor or Master program in Berlin/Brandenburg with at least one year remaining (graduation after July 2027).
• Business‑level fluency in written and spoken English and French (C1 or higher).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for books, audiobooks, podcasts and media.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience using Microsoft Word.
