Working Student – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Join 3M’s Talent Acquisition team as a Working Student and gain hands‑on experience in recruiting and HR coordination. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates, supporting end‑to‑end recruitment processes while balancing your university studies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews, schedule meetings with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct pre‑screening activities and communicate with candidates in a professional, timely manner.
• Create and publish job postings on internal and external recruiting platforms.
• Maintain and update data in the applicant tracking system and other recruiting tools.
• Assist in preparing recruiting reports, presentations, and talent acquisition materials.
• Support pre‑employment tasks such as arranging medical appointments and handling related administrative work.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program in economics, business or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources, recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
