About the role
We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to support the hotel team with back‑office administration and accounting tasks. You will act as a bridge between hotel management and the Head Office Controlling department, ensuring smooth financial and operational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage digital invoice processing, including booking and payment runs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly statistics and reports.
- Handle general office organisation and administrative duties.
- Support the hotel’s accounting and administrative processes in line with Head Office Controlling standards.
- Serve as a key liaison between hotel management and the Controlling department.
Required profile
- Commercial or hotel industry apprenticeship, or relevant accounting experience.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
- Strong verbal communication in German and English.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a structured approach.
- Team spirit and willingness to support across departments.
