Desktop Support Technician (L1/L2) – Workplace IT Support

About the role

We are seeking a Workplace Technician (L1/L2) to deliver hands‑on IT support within a fast‑paced, international environment. The role involves assisting end‑users with a variety of hardware and software issues while ensuring smooth onboarding and off‑boarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for PCs, Macs, printers, mobile phones and other IT devices.
• Assist with user onboarding, off‑boarding and daily IT incidents.
• Manage tickets, track IT assets and maintain accurate documentation.
• Troubleshoot, install and configure hardware and software solutions.
• Collaborate with global IT teams on cross‑regional initiatives.
• Participate in international IT projects and support procurement of equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in IT Support or Systems Administration supporting 100 + users.
• Hands‑on experience with PC and Mac support and basic networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Server and Office 365 (preferred).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• IT‑related education is preferred.
