About the role
This strategic leadership position is responsible for shaping and executing global talent acquisition and talent management strategies for an international, mission‑driven organization. You will partner with executive leadership to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and high performance. The role operates fully remotely, supporting teams across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational values and objectives.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for all levels, including executive positions, ensuring an efficient candidate experience.
- Define recruitment roles, responsibilities, and best practices; train hiring managers and HR teams.
- Continuously improve talent acquisition tools, methodologies, and processes to stay ahead of market trends.
- Strengthen employer branding through digital platforms and social media to attract diverse candidates.
- Support workforce planning by forecasting hiring needs and creating annual hiring roadmaps.
- Collaborate on compensation structures, benefits benchmarking, succession planning, and high‑potential talent programs.
- Evaluate and enhance performance management frameworks to promote feedback and accountability.
- Build learning and development initiatives that support employee growth and organizational excellence.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop HR analytics and reporting dashboards for data‑driven decision making.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and change management for new talent programs and processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience leading global talent acquisition and talent management functions, preferably at a senior or director level.
- Proven track record of recruiting for key and executive‑level positions across multiple regions.
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, employer branding, performance management, and leadership development.
- Excellent collaboration skills with C‑suite and cross‑functional leaders.
