About the role

We are a fast‑growing company looking for a seasoned recruiting professional to own end‑to‑end hiring across multiple departments. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive operational excellence, reduce time‑to‑fill, and improve the quality of hires while minimizing reliance on external agencies.

Key responsibilities

  • Take full operational ownership of open requisitions, managing the complete hiring cycle from sourcing to offer.
  • Accelerate time‑to‑fill through efficient processes, clear prioritisation, and proactive stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct hands‑on recruiting activities including active sourcing, direct outreach, interview coordination and candidate assessment.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure rapid decision‑making, accountability and high hiring standards.
  • Build internal talent pools, strengthen market outreach and reduce external recruiting costs.
  • Increase hire quality via structured interviews, precise role definitions and accurate candidate evaluation.
  • Track, analyse and optimise key recruiting KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire and offer acceptance rate.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and tools with a focus on measurable impact.

Required profile

  • 7+ years of operational recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Proven track record of closing demanding requisitions and meeting recruiting KPIs.
  • Hands‑on mentality with genuine enjoyment of sourcing, interviewing and process optimisation.
  • Experience partnering with demanding hiring managers and enforcing recruiting standards.
  • Data‑driven, results‑oriented approach focused on measurable outcomes.
  • High reliability, ownership and quality standards.
  • Fluent German and English (minimum C1, ideally C2).
