CEO Executive Coach – Remote (Germany)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned CEO Executive Coach and Venture Partner to work remotely with senior leaders across Germany. In this role you will inspire VP‑level and C‑suite executives, helping them unlock their full potential and drive transformative business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives to improve decision‑making and overall leadership performance.
• Design and deliver structured coaching sessions tailored to individual goals and challenges.
• Identify growth opportunities and assist leaders in solving complex business problems.
• Leverage your own leadership experience to provide actionable, transformative feedback.

Required profile

• At least 20 years of professional experience, including 10+ years in senior managerial roles.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence leaders.
• Strong business acumen and deep understanding of strategy, market dynamics, and leadership principles.
