Middle People Partnering Specialist

About the role

This position sits at the heart of the People function in a fast‑scaling, international tech company. You will act as a trusted partner to employees and managers, driving engagement, clarity and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, probation, performance reviews, internal mobility, check‑ins and off‑boarding.
• Administer HR processes and maintain data accuracy in systems such as HiBob and Jira.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between employees and management, resolving issues and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Participate in recurring HR practices like 1:1 meetings, engagement surveys and feedback cycles, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support employees in understanding policies, processes and development opportunities to ensure a positive experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a People Partner, HR Generalist or HR Manager role.
• Strong ownership mindset, high accountability and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical skills and a structured problem‑solving approach.
• High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with HR systems such as HiBob.
• Familiarity with Jira for workflow management.
