Guest Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at a busy downtown hotel. You will work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure every guest room meets our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to franchise and hotel standards.
• Restock and return housekeeping carts at the end of each shift.
• Report maintenance deficiencies and respond to guest requests or complaints promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
• Perform deep‑cleaning and seasonal tasks as scheduled.
• Follow all house, safety, and security procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of cleaning experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management, and coworkers.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with local attractions and activities beneficial.
