HR Advisor (m/f/d)

About the role

The HR Advisor is a key member of the People Services team, acting as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters. You will guide users through HR processes, provide policy advice, and ensure accurate execution of payroll, benefits, and compensation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support employee movement, status changes, payroll, benefits, leaves, and compensation processes.
• Guide employees and managers to HR resources, toolkits, and training materials.
• Triage inquiries, engage functional specialists, and drive resolution when first‑contact solutions are insufficient.
• Ensure accurate policy representation across systems and maintain data integrity in Workday.
• Provide high‑touch customer service meeting service level and performance goals.
• Prepare documentation for HR transactions and maintain thorough records of inquiries and resolutions.
• Liaise with third‑party vendors to resolve complex HR questions.
• Collaborate with the HR team to share ideas, drive improvements, and ensure consistent execution of key processes.

Required profile

• Strong discretion and sound judgment to determine appropriate resolutions.
• Excellent communication skills for coaching employees and managers.
• Solid understanding of HR, payroll, and compensation policies.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to legal and regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Workday (HRIS) proficiency.
