Lead HR Business Partner – Frankfurt

About the role

We are seeking a Lead HR Business Partner to act as the primary HR advisor for a dedicated employee area in Germany. You will support managers on personnel law matters, guide employees through the full lifecycle, and ensure HR processes align with local and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR business partnership and independent advice to managers on all personnel law issues.
• Support employees from onboarding through departure, including handling employee and incentive events.
• Execute critical HR processes in compliance with local regulations and company guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with authorities, external service providers, and internal departments such as compensation, payroll, compliance, and recruiting.
• Work with the works council and drive HR projects and initiatives across Germany and Europe.
• Continuously improve HR standard processes, policies, and systems in partnership with leadership.

Required profile

• Completed studies, preferably in business administration, psychology, education or communication.
• Prior experience in Human Resources and employee relations is advantageous.
• Proven ability to work across borders with diverse international teams.
• Goal‑oriented mindset in an agile environment, with strong prioritisation skills.
• Professionalism, absolute discretion and excellent verbal and written communication in German and English.
• Work authorization for Germany that does not require employer sponsorship.
