Manager – Kyriba & IT M&A Consulting (French Speaking)

About the role

Interpath is seeking a Manager to lead Kyriba and IT M&A consulting engagements. You will work closely with senior directors to deliver IT due diligence, value‑creation initiatives, and post‑merger integration for private‑equity investors and portfolio companies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT due diligence for strategic and financial sponsors, evaluating system landscapes, integration potential, scalability and risk.
• Assess and improve treasury setups, including Kyriba architecture, bank connectivity and payment processes.
• Design and implement initiatives such as process automation, payment centralisation and enhanced liquidity visibility.
• Support carve‑outs and post‑merger integration projects involving Kyriba and related finance systems.
• Build technology roadmaps and business cases that link operational efficiency, risk reduction and EBITDA impact.
• Guide analysts and consultants across workstreams and ensure delivery of client‑facing materials.
• Assist in proposal development, market research and the expansion of Interpath’s treasury and Kyriba capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong experience in IT M&A, both buy‑side and sell‑side engagements.
• Proven track record in technology due diligence and treasury system optimisation.
• Fluency in French and English; German is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
