About the role

CCS – Customized Chemical Solutions is seeking a motivated Production Employee (m/f/d) to operate and support our manufacturing lines. You will work on the production of finished chemical products, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency while contributing to the company’s growth in automotive, retail and detergent markets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production systems according to orders and quality specifications.
• Set up, rinse and clean equipment, and perform preventive maintenance following schedules.
• Print labels for production orders and co‑organise material provision with the supply department.
• Apply 5S and Lean Management principles to improve workflow.
• Work in shifts and collaborate with team members to resolve faults and minimise downtime.
• Record production and fault data, analyse it and suggest improvement measures.

• Willingness to work in shifts and handle a dynamic production environment.
• Motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a strong team.
• Interest in continuous improvement and personal development.
