Project Manager – Textile & Fashion Projects

About the role

CYBEX is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead and execute key projects within its textile and fashion portfolio. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
• Identify resource needs and recommend adjustments.
• Travel to production sites in China and other regions as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven project management experience, preferably in the textile or fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
