Project Technician / Engineer – Technical Projects

About the role

As a Project Technician/Project Engineer you will support the planning, design and implementation of technical projects within our engineering environment. Based at our Pritzwalk production site, you will work closely with engineering, production and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full project lifecycle from concept through design, specification and execution.
• Create technical drawings for components and assemblies using 2D and 3D CAD systems.
• Prepare part lists, manufacturing drawings and technical documentation.
• Assist in commissioning of technical systems and production equipment.
• Analyse existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production Engineering to drive technical developments.
• Help integrate new technologies into existing production infrastructure.
• Coordinate external contractors and service providers on smaller projects.
• Provide technical support tasks such as research, measurements and drawing preparation.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and design records.

Required profile

• Technical degree or technician qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong hands‑on experience in an industrial environment.
• Independent, structured and solution‑oriented working style.
• Excellent teamwork, communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
