Recruiter – Western Europe (France & Germany)

About the role

Bodycote is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across Western Europe, with a primary focus on France and Germany. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent that drives business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple business units in Western Europe.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates using a variety of channels and tools.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions through a consultative approach.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reporting on hiring metrics.
• Travel to business sites as required to support hiring needs.

Required profile

• Proven sourcing experience in France and Germany.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with a focus on high‑quality outcomes.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English, French, and German, both written and spoken.
