Regional HR Business Partner – Europe & LATAM

About the role

We are seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to lead the Human Resources function across Europe and Latin America. The role will align HR strategy with business objectives, ensure compliance with local labour laws, and foster a culture of engagement and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the regional HR budget, monitoring expenditures and optimizing ROI.
• Oversee talent acquisition, ensuring a consistent candidate experience and leveraging market data to improve hiring.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training and development programs to build leadership capabilities.
• Lead performance management processes, partnering with managers to set expectations, conduct reviews, and identify high-potential talent.
• Ensure HR policies comply with local, regional, and international regulations and manage employee-relations cases within legal frameworks.
• Drive organizational change initiatives, including structure reviews, role design, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives, analysing feedback and implementing cost-effective recognition programs.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 10 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing HR across multiple countries, with deep knowledge of European and LATAM labour laws.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
