System Administrator – Onsite (Life Sciences)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on System Administrator to join a global Life Sciences organisation in Munich. The role is onsite, full‑time and focuses on keeping IT systems stable, secure and compliant within a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services.
• Provide hardware support for laptops, desktops and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and onsite connectivity issues.
• Maintain on‑premise and hybrid server environments.
• Analyse incidents, perform root‑cause investigations and resolve technical problems.
• Manage user access, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Act as the escalation point for onsite technical issues.
• Ensure all activities follow Life Sciences compliance and documentation standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, hardware support, networking and server environments.
• Strong technical analysis and troubleshooting abilities.
• Previous work in Life Sciences or another regulated industry.
• Fluent German communication skills.
