Tech Recruiter (6‑month Fixed‑Term Contract)

About the role

This 6‑month fixed‑term position supports a fast‑growing, fully remote organization that hires across Product, Engineering and Design. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a premium candidate experience while helping build high‑performing, globally distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical and non‑technical roles, with a focus on Product, Engineering and Design.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to define hiring strategies.
• Maintain high‑volume pipelines, screen candidates, and deliver quality shortlists aligned with diversity goals.
• Track, analyse and report hiring metrics to drive data‑driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Talent Sourcers to build pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Act as an ambassador of remote‑work culture and company values throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle tech recruitment within a fast‑paced startup or scale‑up.
• Demonstrated success recruiting Engineering, Product or Design roles at scale.
• Ability to handle high‑volume hiring while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and excellent organisational abilities.
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion and fair hiring practices.

Required skills

• Experience with modern ATS and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, GoodTime and BrightHire.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled recruitment solutions.
• Solid understanding of technical roles and ability to engage engineering stakeholders.
