Associate, Client Services – German/French Speaker

About the role

As an Associate in Client Services you will act as the bridge between Atheneum’s clients and its network of industry experts. You will help clients define their research needs, source the right specialists, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. The role is fast‑paced and ideal for a proactive problem‑solver who enjoys working with diverse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and match them with appropriate experts.
• Source, vet, and onboard experts for specific projects.
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Maintain high‑quality client experience through accurate recommendations and proactive support.
• Learn and apply Atheneum’s core client delivery processes.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales, recruitment, or KPI‑driven roles.
• Strong business understanding and result‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and either German or French (additional languages a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
