Business Development Manager – Berlin

About the role

Bob W is launching a new hospitality concept in Berlin’s Alexander Platz and seeks a Business Development Manager to lead the B2B market entry. Reporting to the Sales Lead for Western Europe, you will be responsible for building a corporate client base and driving revenue growth for the property.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and secure contracts with corporate clients across diverse sectors.
• Sign local SME clients to the direct SME Corporate Programme to increase B2B volume.
• Generate demand for group business and collaborate with Reservations to secure bookings.
• Develop existing client portfolio through proactive, end‑to‑end account management.
• Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with corporate clients to sustain revenue growth.
• Track and report sales activities and performance to the Regional Sales Lead.
• Represent Bob W at trade shows, networking events and industry gatherings.
• Organise and host FAM trips, site visits and client events before and after the property opening.
• Leverage Bob W’s unique selling points to tailor value propositions for each target client.

Required profile

• Experienced hospitality sales professional with a network of accommodation buyers in Germany.
• Self‑starter with the ability to independently cultivate relationships and prioritize opportunities.
• Strategic mindset focused on profitable revenue growth and brand loyalty.
• Based in Berlin and able to work onsite.
