Production Worker – Aircraft Structural Components

About the role

We are looking for a Production Worker to join our defence‑focused manufacturing site in Weeze. You will contribute to the production and repair of aircraft structural components, primarily fuselage parts, following strict work instructions and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned work instructions in the manufacturing process for aircraft structural components.
• Perform repairs on aircraft structural parts in accordance with documented procedures.
• Document all work performed accurately and timely.
• Maintain close communication with the team leader and production manager.
• Participate in the internal reporting system to ensure traceability.

Required profile

• Completed technical training.
• Experience in production environments.
• Manual dexterity and physical fitness.
• Ability to work under pressure and on shift schedules.
• Fluency in spoken and written German or English.
• Willingness to undergo a SÜ2 security clearance.

Required skills

• Ability to read technical drawings.
