Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Berlin

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Commercial team in Berlin. As the first point of contact for prospective B2B customers, you will generate excitement about our e‑commerce logistics platform and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries and serve as the primary contact for new prospects.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email and phone, designing and evaluating campaigns.
• Deliver professional product demos over phone or web.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and collaborate with marketing on acquisition strategies.
• Report directly to the VP of Commercial Operations and support the development of internal sales processes.
• Leverage AI tools to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in a comparable sales or apprenticeship role.
• Excellent persuasion, communication and sales abilities.
• Structured, independent, goal‑oriented work style.
• Creative, reliable, self‑motivated team player with strong service orientation.
• Fluent English (native or C1); additional European languages are a plus.
