Senior Director, Multi-Store Management

About the role

The Senior Director, Multi-Store Management will lead Nike’s retail field leadership agenda across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Reporting to the Senior Director, Retail Stores EMEA, this role translates global and EMEA strategies into territory‑specific plans and drives execution through strong partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Define and resolve complex business issues raised by field teams using data, sound judgement and stakeholder input.
• Translate global and EMEA retail strategies into actionable territory plans for the AGS market.
• Champion innovative solutions to retail, marketplace and operational challenges.
• Partner with Retail Stores EMEA leadership, Nike marketplace leaders and functional teams such as Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Store Development, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, HR and Labour Relations.
• Lead and inspire multi‑country retail teams, ensuring alignment with Nike’s commercial and consumer‑centric objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior retail leader in a multi‑country environment.
• Strong commercial judgement, consumer orientation and operational discipline.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear marketplace plans and build effective partnerships.
• Leadership maturity, adaptability and the capacity to inspire teams through ambiguity and change.
• Experience in the Germany, Austria, Switzerland market or comparable multi‑market retail environments.
