Senior Talent Partner – Embedded Recruiting

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join Chapter 2’s embedded recruiting team in Berlin. In this role you will design and execute talent strategies for our venture‑backed and growth‑stage B2B SaaS clients, leveraging our proprietary AI‑driven platform, The Book.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own talent acquisition strategies for product‑focused teams, increasing talent density and reducing time‑to‑hire.
• Conduct deep market analysis to map talent liquidity and identify high‑performing candidates.
• Partner with product leaders to shape hiring processes and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Analyse recruitment data, derive insights and continuously optimise the hiring funnel.
• Drive high‑velocity execution of recruitment work‑streams across multiple client accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling high‑performing product teams in fast‑moving venture or growth‑stage B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence and remove hiring blockers.
• Resilient, data‑driven mindset and a bias for rapid execution.
• Passion for building technology products that can change the world.

Required skills

• Expertise in market research, talent mapping and pipeline development.
