Talent Partner – German Market

About the role

Chapter 2 is seeking a German‑speaking Talent Partner to join its Berlin team. In this role you will act as an embedded recruitment specialist for high‑growth clients across Germany, managing the full hiring cycle for positions in sales, technology, product, finance and more.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment from intake, sourcing and assessment to offer and closure.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and the profile of an ideal candidate.
• Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms and creative search methods.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, evaluating skills, motivation and cultural fit.
• Provide market insights, challenge briefs and advise senior stakeholders on hiring decisions.
• Use recruitment data and metrics to monitor funnel performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve speed and quality of hires.
• Represent Chapter 2 and its clients in the German talent market while managing multiple roles simultaneously.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in agency, RPO, embedded or in‑house settings.
• Fluent German and strong English communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of the German talent landscape across various functions.
• Proven ability to run recruitment processes independently and deliver high‑quality results.
