About the role
We are looking for a commercially sharp, outbound‑driven Account Executive to build and scale a new vertical in the DACH region from the ground up. Based in our Munich office, you will own the full sales cycle and develop high‑value client relationships in technical and engineering‑led markets.
Key responsibilities
- Own the complete commercial lifecycle, from initial contact to repeat business.
- Generate consistent, high‑quality outbound activity using market insight and credibility.
- Collaborate closely with Strategists and Talent Partners to ensure exceptional delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging data and market intelligence to guide clients.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams within existing accounts.
Required profile
- Fluent German (must‑have).
- Minimum 6 months B2B sales experience or a related academic background.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical value propositions.
- Comfortable selling to senior leadership and decision‑makers.
- Based in Munich.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary €45,000 – €60,000 per year.
- Uncapped commission with a 120k+ OTE target (16% commission on all closed revenue).
- Clear progression path from €500k to €1.5m+ annual revenue ownership.
- Up to €200k‑€250k in stock options over three years.
- 30 days of holiday.
