Accountant (m/w/d) - Accounts Receivable & General Accounting

Join a dynamic international organization in the heart of Frankfurt am Main. We are looking for a motivated and meticulous Accountant to strengthen our finance department and play a key role in supporting our commercial operations and financial accuracy.

Missions principales

• Support the sales team in the creation and monitoring of offers, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Ensure accurate recording and tracking of transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform account reconciliation (lettrage) and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including billing and debt collection.
• Handle customer accounts, respond to billing inquiries, and manage payment follow-ups.
• Support credit management through solvency checks and credit limit monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in financial processes.

Profil recherché

• Proven educational background or professional qualification in Accounting.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in general accounting or Accounts Receivable.
• Trilingual proficiency: Fluent in French, German, and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset with a highly structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong team spirit.

Competences requises

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (advanced Excel skills are essential).
• Solid knowledge of HGB accounting standards (IFRS knowledge is a significant plus).
• Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
