Missions principales

• Support the origination and execution of M&A and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) projects.
• Assist in both sell-side and buy-side advisory processes, including IPOs and take-overs.
• Perform complex financial modeling and valuations using various methodologies (DCF, Multiples, LBO).
• Conduct in-depth sector research and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare high-quality professional documents, including teasers, information memorandums, and client presentations.
• Coordinate transaction processes and assist in identifying potential investors.

Profil recherché

• Exceptional academic record from a top-tier university.
• Previous internship experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance is essential.
• Strong international mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and extreme attention to detail.
