Apprentice Retail Outlet Bielefeld (d/f/m)

About the role

Holy Fashion Group, behind the brands JOOP!, Strellson and Windsor, is looking for an apprentice for its retail outlet in Bielefeld, starting from August or September 2027. The position is full-time and focuses on sales and customer service in the stores.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and sell the high-quality collections
• Independently manage the sales areas, including sales figures, orders and success factors
• Handle reservations, extra orders, returns, checkout processes and customer complaints
• Take part in warehouse processes, visual merchandising and other projects

Required profile

• A very good or good secondary school leaving certificate is desirable
• Enjoyment of working with people and initial counselling experience, for example through an internship
• Fast, careful and conscientious work with high quality standards
• Team player, reliable and interested in a long-term career in the outlets
• Communicative personality and openness to new ideas
