About the role

Terry Soot Management Group is seeking a Bertha Certified Test Operator to support its autonomous vehicle projects. You will operate self‑driving cars in real‑world conditions, ensuring safety, data quality, and a positive passenger experience.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles, focusing on safety and system performance.
• Provide real‑time observations and log anomalies using dedicated software tools.
• Engage with ride‑hailing passengers as part of the AV experience.
• Execute route testing in diverse environments, including city streets and highways.
• Ensure compliance with Bertha certification protocols and data‑integrity standards.
• Generate comprehensive test reports and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Required profile

• Bertha Certification for Autonomous Vehicle Testing.
• Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean record and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Comfortable using digital tools for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent judgment, focus, and communication skills.
