Business Development Executive

About the role

Content Guru is seeking recent graduates with a passion for technology to join its global sales team as a Business Development Executive. Based in Gilching, Munich, you will sell innovative cloud communication and CX solutions to customers worldwide and receive comprehensive training on products and sales techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep product and technology knowledge, stay aware of industry trends, and communicate business advantages to customers and colleagues.
• Create and maintain documented account development plans, achieve revenue and margin targets, and build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, promote additional services, and coordinate internal teams to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with presales, delivery, and bid teams to manage virtual bid processes, qualify prospects, and deliver high‑quality proposals on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Retail or customer‑facing experience and a demonstrable interest in selling products or concepts.
• Experience working in a team to deliver projects or tasks.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiating abilities; well‑presented and confident communication.
• Numeracy, attention to detail, and a tenacious attitude to achieve targets.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM or similar sales tool.
• IT/telecoms experience.
