Business Development Manager – Germany

Content Guru, a leading global provider of enterprise cloud Customer Experience (CX) and contact centre solutions, is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth in Germany. Based in Gilching, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying to closing—while building long‑term relationships with customers across various industries.

The role involves achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets, creating account development plans, and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities. You will collaborate with marketing, presales, delivery and support teams to prepare winning proposals, manage bids, and ensure customer expectations are met throughout the sales and delivery process.

Successful candidates will have at least two years of business development or account management experience in SaaS, IT or telecoms, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and strong consultative selling, negotiation and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, and experience with CRM systems and knowledge of specific verticals such as utilities or healthcare is desirable.
