Business Development Lead – France

About the role

Klook is seeking a commercially sharp Business Development Lead to own the French market. You will be responsible for building and managing high‑value partnerships with public institutions and major attractions, while leading a small team to expand Klook’s presence in France.

Key responsibilities

• Own France as a destination: develop market insight, build partner relationships, and represent Klook with credibility across institutional and commercial accounts.
• Manage a portfolio of complex partners, including government‑owned and publicly‑funded venues, navigating formal structures and long sales cycles.
• Lead end‑to‑end commercial conversations: prospect, pitch, negotiate, close, and ensure successful onboarding.
• Provide market intelligence on French travel trends and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Manage and develop direct reports, collaborating with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French proficiency and strong professional English.
• Hands‑on experience managing partnerships with French public institutions or major attractions.
