About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth for a leading maritime automation and engineering company across Europe. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building long‑term client relationships and representing the business at industry events.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the maritime and automation markets across Europe.
- Generate leads, convert them into long‑term customers and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Attend conferences, trade shows and other industry events to promote the company.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand and communicate product offerings.
Required profile
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience (senior level preferred).
- Knowledge of the maritime industry or automation systems.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Based in or commutable to Northern Germany.
