Chief of Staff / Operating Partner – CEO Office

About the role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief of Staff / Operating Partner will translate strategy into action, partnering with the CFO and executive leadership to remove obstacles and accelerate growth. This position acts as a trusted advisor and problem‑solver, driving high‑impact initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of the CEO’s top‑priority initiatives, ensuring clear accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Own multiple high‑stakes projects, from new product launches to market expansion and operational transformation.
• Identify and build business cases for new growth and revenue opportunities in existing and adjacent markets.
• Support the design and launch of new investment products, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist M&A activities, including target identification, due diligence, deal execution, and post‑merger integration.
• Drive business development by evaluating and negotiating strategic partnerships.
• Build and optimize scalable processes to sustain rapid growth and resolve operational roadblocks.
• Develop compelling narratives for board materials, investor presentations, and executive communications.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team, connecting insights across finance, investment, technology, and sales functions.
