Civil Engineer / Construction Technician – Project & Site Manager for Wind Tower Projects

About the role

Dywidag is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer or Construction Technician to lead wind tower projects in northern Germany. You will act as both Project Manager and Site Manager, coordinating technical preparation, execution, and delivery of wind tower constructions across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Independently prepare technical project documentation for wind tower construction.
• Organise, schedule and plan resources in coordination with production and installation teams.
• Monitor project costs, produce regular reports and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors and other project participants throughout all phases.
• Maintain close communication with field workers and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required profile

• Completed university degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification (technician or master craftsman).
• Initial professional experience, preferably gained through training or internships.
• Confident use of standard PC applications and willingness to learn the Navision ERP system.
• Strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels.
• Valid driver’s licence and readiness to travel regularly to project sites.
• Independent, structured work style with flexibility and resilience.
• Fluent German and solid English, both written and spoken.
