Client Specialist – Account Management

About the role

The Client Specialist will manage and grow a portfolio of existing Nexthink accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers receive maximum value from our digital employee experience platform while driving renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Support and expand business with a defined set of existing accounts.
• Coordinate pre‑sales, professional services, service delivery, customer success, marketing and functional leaders to align resources.
• Drive renewals, expansion and upsell sales motions.
• Develop and execute a business‑outcome based strategic account plan.
• Maintain high‑touch advisor relationships and implement value‑selling strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Produce accurate quarterly and annual revenue forecasts for each account.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of sales experience with proven quota achievement.
• Background in software or solution sales organizations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger or similar SaaS sales methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and German.
