Cluster Manager – Retail (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to take on the role of Cluster Manager for a leading retail business operating across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. You will oversee a portfolio of stores, drive commercial performance and ensure your Store Manager team has the tools and insight needed to deliver strong results.

Key responsibilities

• Hold full responsibility for commercial performance across assigned stores.
• Maintain consistently high standards in sales, service, operations and people metrics.
• Use data, insight and reporting to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Proactively manage risks and implement action plans to maximise results.
• Partner with Store Managers to strengthen commercial thinking and use reporting tools effectively.
• Directly manage one store with full accountability for operational excellence and people leadership.
• Ensure a customer‑focused environment through visual merchandising, stock flow, cash handling and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven background as a high‑performing Store Manager.
• Experience leading multiple stores within designer outlets or similar retail environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse data and drive performance.
• Leadership skills to coach and develop Store Managers.
