Community & Social Media Manager – Build & Lead User Community

About the role

As the Community & Social Media Manager at voize, you will create and nurture a vibrant end‑user community for our AI‑powered care‑worker platform. You will turn everyday experiences of frontline staff into a movement that amplifies the brand and drives organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch a user community from scratch, selecting the optimal platform and onboarding power users.
• Own organic social channels for end users, producing written posts, short‑form videos and visual assets.
• Gather, edit and publish authentic user stories, testimonials and user‑generated content.
• Develop a community and social media playbook covering tone of voice, content pillars, publishing cadence and response guidelines.
• Lay the foundation for events, ambassador programmes and key‑opinion‑leader partnerships.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience managing community and/or organic social for a B2B SaaS, health‑tech or purpose‑driven brand.
• Proven track record of building a community or channel from the ground up.
• Fluent in German and comfortable communicating in English.
• Empathetic communicator able to earn trust from care‑workers.
