Construction Manager – CSA (Civil/Structural/Architectural)

About the role

Join a leading high‑tech construction firm and support the delivery of complex data‑center projects. As a Construction Manager focusing on civil, structural and architectural (CSA) works, you will gain hands‑on experience in site management and ensure projects meet quality, schedule and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the construction management team on high‑tech data‑center EPC projects.
• Supervise on‑site construction activities, monitoring quality, progress and workmanship.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, assisting in workflow management.
• Participate in site inspections, acceptance tests and coordination meetings.
• Document construction progress and contribute to management reporting.
• Record defects, track resolution and liaise with subcontractors and site management.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations on the construction site.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in construction, civil engineering, architecture or a comparable field.
• Initial experience in construction supervision, site execution or related internships (a plus).
• Interest in data‑center, industrial or plant construction projects, especially CSA trades.
• Basic knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards.
• Willingness to travel within the D‑A‑CH region and work on‑site, including shift systems if required.
• Team spirit, structured independent working style and eagerness to learn.
• Good German and English communication skills.
• Valid German driver’s licence (Class B).
